Vision statement / Artistic goals: To produce a harmonious blend of mixed voices, to perform, to have fun singing in a group

Previous musical experience: Singer/Songwriter, Music Educator/Music Director; Choir conducting experience with different choirs over many years; Bachelor of Music Performance (Jazz/Improvisation); also Music Director of Cadence Choir, Black Rock; previously directed Melbourne Millennium Chorus (Boite); keen interest in world music, chant and indigenous Australian song; enjoys working with community singers, bringing out the best in them through encouragement and fun, boosting their strengths and making harmonious sounds and friendly connections along the way; strong a capella skills; singer – jazz and world folk bands with 6 professional recordings

Audition: Yes - One month trial to ensure blending and bonding

Ability to read music: Desirable

Sight-reading ability: Not necessary
