Previous musical experience: Belinda's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Music major), Dip Ed, and a Diploma of Community Development; Belinda was the Founding Musical Director of Yarra Ranges Children's Choir and the Aboriginal Children's Choir; she sings with several prestigious choirs including the Melbourne Chamber Choir and Chorelation; Belinda was a semi finalist in the Australasian Choral Conducting Competition in 1999, guest conductor of the Victorian Secondary Student Honour Choir in the 2005 season and directed the 300-voice Knox Commonwealth Choir in 2006
